Can t start file backup, server says "Cannot do image backup"

this started working again after a urbackup server restart, is that expected or ??

Version is 2.0.36
client are attached to 2 urbackup servers
Clients have the same settings on both servers (except keys)
Backup window and folders can be different on different clients
File backup is always allowed and image backup is never allowed

This client is the only one which exhibit this problem

If i start an incremental file backup, the logs show this , and the backup won’t start, it won’t start either when schedulled :

2016-11-14 11:35:06: msg=START BACKUP INCR
2016-11-14 11:35:06: Cannot do image backup because can_backup_images=false
2016-11-14 11:35:06: Cannot do image backup because no_images=true
2016-11-14 11:35:06: Cannot do image backup because internet_no_images=true

nothing shows on agent logs

What is your Server OS and your Client OS? (This helps with troubleshooting.)

Your Server version is 2.0.36; what is your Client version?

So,

  • Your clients are attached to two different UrBackup servers.
  • Clients are set the same on both.
  • The backup window and backup path is different from one server to the other?
  • Did you disable image backups or select the Do not do image backups?

I again get the same issue on a new server.
server is 2.19
client is 2.1.15
That’s a new, urbackup different server.
This happen when doing file backup , full or inc.
internet and image backups are disabled

Message is:
2017-05-07 14:13:12: msg=START BACKUP INCR
2017-05-07 14:13:12: Cannot do image backup because no_images=true
2017-05-07 14:13:12: Cannot do image backup because internet_no_images=true

I deleted backups from this server, stopped , run remove unknow , start the urbackupserver.
The problem appeared.

The other urbackup server connected to the same client doesn’t exhibit this issue.
On this other server attached to the same client. i can’t test to delete backup before, because as said in another post , i can’t see the backups, all i have a is a restore files box.
On this other server running remove unknown didn’t cause the issue.

Selfish bump

Maybe this happens because i have use multiple ubackup servers.
I guess key are registered correctly because backup worked at least once.
If i restart the server it seems to work again for some time
Client is seen as online but for maybe 20 clients, the last backup is from 3 days ago.

in status tab clicking full or incremental backup
Column, shows Queued backup
switch to activities tab , it s empty.
Switching to log tab , nothing for that day
only live tab for the client shows :

from one server it works , not from the other
i ask for file backup, the client complains about image backup not being enabled… logs shows hardly anything , i can t understand, please suggest.
