The server is not archiving at the first of every month. See screen shots.
I have attached the image indicating that the rule is not archiving every month during the past few months.

When did you added/edited that setting, has it always been there ?
back in 2017 … Nov or Dec I believe. I wanted to give the system a chance before indicating it was an issue.
You should set archive every to something less than a month. Three days or something.
So does that mean that I can’t archive once a month?
