I get a Permission Denied when I try and run it from the command line on the server.

Make sure you do it from an elevated CMD prompt.

I went through an interesting experience where that script came in super handy.

Asking about another option for Seeding of Data

I just wanted to confirm that the solution for my situation, based on the choices I made in the original post, was to run remove-unknown.bat. I didn’t have to take any other action. It took about 14 hours to complete, but it cleaned out all the useless folders and removed all the excess storage that was being consumed. Everything is humming along now. Awesome.
